Do you provide International delivery?
At this time, we currently do not ship internationally, but we are working on expanding outside of the United States. For updates, please simply follow our social media page or sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when we can share our products around the world.
How do I track my order?
As soon as the order is processed, updates by email will contain a tracking link that you can click for details on shipping information. You may also view any current or past order details on "My Account, which will provide a list of all purchases as well as detailed information about each purchase.
How do I return an item?
Please note the details that all sales are final for each of our products, so we do not offer any exchanges, cancellations, or refunds. Returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis, (i.e., damaged item(s), which we will personally review. In such cases, please email dr.rjsspecialblend@gmail.com and provide a photo of the item within 48 hours on delivery of the product. After the case has been investigated, we will get back with you on next steps. In most cases like this, we would require the product to be returned. Dr. RJ's Special Blend does exercise the right to refuse any return at any time.
Where can I buy Dr. RJ's Special Blend?
Dr. RJ's Special Blend is only sold exclusively on our website, as our oils are aged to perform the highest quality in our products. Anywhere else is counterfeit.
